If you require a facilitator for a Strategic Planning session or would like some assistance in the area of economic development, we may be able to help. We have assisted communities in the past with the following:

 

• Worked with a town to update their Economic Development plan.

• Facilitated discussions on joint Economic Development programs.

• Hosted Economic Development seminars.

• Hosted seminars on "Being an effective board member".

• Hosted and organized one-day career and employment fairs

• Worked as a facilitator or assistant in Strategic Planning meetings.

• Attended meetings of Economic Development Committees and provide assistance as needed

• Worked and provided assistance to Economic Development practitioners in the region.

• Worked with municipalites to deliver Economic Development training and planning.

• Worked with other Adult Education committees to offer seminars on Small Business issues.

• Worked with a variety of partners on our NexStep project.

We also visit communities on a regular basis but would be happy to meet with your municipality at any time to discuss areas where we can help.
